Community Service

The South Coast Chapter serves philanthropies in Long Beach and Orange County, with over 50 events each year. In 2015/16, collectively our mothers and daughters volunteer more than 15,300 on site volunteer hours and $130,000 to local philanthropies and scholarships. 

The South Coast Chapter supports the following charities: Ability First, American Cancer Society, Arts and Services for the Disabled, Boy’s & Girls Club of Cypress, Casa Youth Shelter, Children’s Dental Health Clinic, Community Public Libraries, Historical Society of Long Beach, Jonathan Jaques Children’s Cancer Center, Katella Manor, Long Beach Symphony Association, Los Alamitos Education Foundation, Los Alamitos Recreation & Community Services Dept., Military Reserves, Miss Charity’s Attic, NCL Scholarship Program, New Life Beginnings, Operation Valentine, Orangewood Children’s Home, Pathways to Independence, Precious Life Shelter,  Relay for Life, We Care, and Young Horizons.
